PART ONE            : According to the observations at (09:30) hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure cell over Eastcentral Bay and adjoining North Andaman Sea has intensified into low pressure area. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and may intensify into a Depression around 22-10-2024 and into a Cyclonic storm over Eastcentral Bay around 23-10-2024.
