PART ONE            : According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over Westcentral Bay and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (off North Andhra Pradesh and South Odisha, India) moved North-Northwestwards. It is centered at about within half degree of 18.0 degree North and Longitude 84.3 degree East and it is likely to move Northwestwards and cross north Andhra Pradesh and adjoining south Odisha coasts between Vishakhapatnam and Gopalpur close to Kalingapatnam (India) during next 12 hrs.
