PART ONE            : According to the observations at (13:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Westcentral Bay and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal has moved to Northwest and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal off Odisha and adjoining north Andhra Pradesh coasts and intensity into a depression. It is centered at about within half degree of 19.2°N and 86.2°E.
