PART I: According to the observations at (11:30) MST today, the low pressure aera  over the  Southeast Bay and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved over the Southwest Bay of Bengal still persists.

PART II:   Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over  the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
