BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 17th January, 2019: Rain will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and isolated in Eastern Shan State. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (3-5) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts. 

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of continuation of isolated rain in Taninthayi Region.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 17thJanuary, 2019: Generally fair weather.
