PART ONE          : According to the observations at (12:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm “MOCHA” over the Eastentral Bay of Bengal has moved Northeastwards. It is centered at about within half degree of North latitude (16.0) and degree of East longitude (89.6).

PART TWO         : Weather is partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
