PART ONE          : According to the observations at (15:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm “MOCHA” over the Central Bay of Bengal and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved North-Northeastwards and now lie over Central Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about within half degree of North latitude (14.0) and degree of East longitude (88.3).

PART TWO         : Weather is partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
