PART ONE : According to the observations at (12:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm “MOCHA” over the Central Bay of Bengal and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal has moved North-Northeastwards. It is centered at about within half degree of North latitude (13.6) and degree of East longitude (88.2).
PART TWO : Weather is partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER : Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers.
