PART ONE    : According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area still persists  over the Northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal and  Odisha Coast (India). It is forecast to further intensify into a depression during next (24)hrs.

PART TWO    : Monsoon is strong to vigorous over the Andaman Sea and   Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER              :Widespread rain or thundershowers with squally weather and isolated heavy falls.

VISIBILITY             : (4) nautical miles but less than (1/2) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND      : West or Southwest ( 15 - 20)kts at times (35)kts.

SEAS                     : Rough.

WAVE HEIGHT        : (9 - 14) feet.
