PART ONE          :  According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm “GULAB” over the Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bangal has moved Westwards and centered at about within half degree of Latitude (18.4) degree North and Longitude (86.2) degree East. It is likely to move Westwards and cross near North Andhrapradesh - South Odisha Coasts (between Gopalpur and Kalingapatnam) (India) during next (12)hrs.
