PART ONE          : According to the observations at (09:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over Northwest Bay of Bengal off Odisha Coast (India) has moved North-Northeastwards and lies over Northwest Bay of Bengal off West Bengal-Bangladesh Coasts. It is centered at about within half degree of latitude 21.2°N and longitude 188.3°E. It is forecast to move North-Northeastwards.
