PART ONE          : According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, Extremely severe cyclonic storm (AMPHAM) over the Westcentral Bay and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal has moved to North ward. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (18.4)°N and Long (87.1)°E. It is continuously forecast to move North- Northeast wards and may across between West Bengal(India) and Bangladash Coasts during next (24)hours.
