PART ONE         : According to the observations at (21:30)hrs M.S.T today, the deep depression over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal almost stationary. It is intensify into a cyclonic storm (AMPHAM) and it centered at about within half degree of Lat (11.0)°N and Lon (86.2)°E. It is forecast to move North- Northwest wards and then re-curve North- Northeast wards.
