PART ONE       : According to the observations at (09:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm "BULBUL" over the Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved Northwards and now lines Northwest Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (20.0)°N and Lon (87.7)°E. It is forecast to move Northeast wards.
