SPECIAL FEATURE: According to the observations at (10:30) hrs MST today, the tropical depression (Pabuk) over the Gulf of Thailand is centered at about within ½ degree of Lat (8.0)°N and Lon (101.3)°E. It is forecast to move West-Northwestwards, cross near the Nakhon Si Thammarat (Thailand), South of Kawthaung (Myanmar) tonight and reach to Andaman Sea.
