According to the 06:30 hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Sittaung River at Madauk has exceeded by about 2 feet 11 inches above its danger level. It may rise about 3 inches during the next 1 day and may remain above its danger level.
According to the 06:30 hrs M.S.T observation today, the water level of Thaungyin River at Myawady has exceeded by about 2 inches above its danger level. It may rise about 1 foot during the next 1 day and may remain above its danger level.
It is especially advised to the people who settle near the river banks and low lying areas in Myawady Township and Madauk, to take precaution measure.
