PART ONE                : According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and now lies over  Southwest Bay of Bengal off north Sri Lanka coast. It is likely continue to move West-Northwestwards and intensify into a Depression over Southwest and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal off North Tamil Nadu and South Andhra Pradesh coasts today this evening. Thereafter, it is likely to continue to move West-Northwestwards further intensify towards North Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and South Andhra Pradesh coasts on 23-10-2025.  

 

SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, yesterday’s night the Tropical Storm “FENGSHEN” over South China Sea has moved West-Southwestwards and intensified into a Severe Tropical Storm “FENGSHEN” It is centered at about 170 Nautical miles Northeast of Da Nang (Vietnam).
