PART ONE                :  According to the observations at 21:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Northwest Bay and adjoining Central Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwads and further intensified into a depression over the Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal (Off South Odisha-North Andhra Pradesh coasts, India).  It is centered at about within ½ degree of latitude 19.3°N longitude 86.1°E.
