PART ONE            :  According to the observations at 22:00 hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure area over the Northwest Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal (North Andhra Pradesh-South Odisha) coasts, India has moved Northwestwards and further intensified into a depression. It is centered at about within ½ degree of latitude 18.9°N longitude 85.0°E.
