PART ONE            :  According to the observations at 09:30 hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure area has formed over Westcentral and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal off North Andhra Pradesh and South Odisha coasts, India. It is likely to move west-northwestwards and further intensify.

PART TWO             : Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
