PART ONE : According to the observations at (09:30) hrs MST today, the Depression over Bangladesh coast near Patuakhali has moved West-Northwestwards and futher intensified into a deep depression over the Bangladesh and adjoining West Bengal(India).
PART TWO : Monsoon is moderate to strong over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and strong elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E
WEATHER : Widespread rain or thundershowers.
VISIBILITY : 4 nautical miles but 1 nautical mile in rain.

SEAS : Moderate to rough.
