PART ONE            : According to the observations at (05:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over the Northwest and adjoining Central Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move nearly Northwards and may further intensify into a Depression over the Northwest Bay of Bengal (off North Odisha- Gangetic West Bengal Coast, India) during next 24 hours..Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

SPECIAL FEACTURES: According to the observations at (06:30) hrs MST today, the Severe Tropical Storm “Yagi” crossed over Hanoi,  Vietnam has moved West-Southwestwards and reached near Phu Tho, Vietnam .It is likely to move slowly Northwestwards and downgrade into a Tropical Storm “Yagi” during next 12 hours.
