PART ONE            : According to the observations at (10:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Well Marked Low Pressure Area over Westcentral Bay and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal (off North Andhra Pradesh and South Odisha, India) moved West-Northwestwards and intensified into a Depression. It is centered at about within half degree of 17.5 degree North and Longitude 84.5 degree East and it is likely to continue to move West-Northwestwards and cross north Andhra Pradesh and adjoining south Odisha coasts between Vishakhapatnam and Gopalpur close to Kalingapatnam (India) during next 24 hrs.
