PART ONE               : According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, the Well Marked low pressure area over the Southwest Bay of Bengal (off Tamil Nadu coast, India) has moved Northwestwards and crossed North Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and South Andhra Pradesh coasts, India. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and weakened into a Low pressure area during next 24 hours.

PART TWO             :  Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

 SPECIAL FEATURES: According to the observations at 05:30 hrs MST today, yesterday’s night the Severe Tropical Storm “FENGSHEN” over South China Sea downgraded into a tropical storm “FENGSHEN” has moved West-Southwestwards and is centered at about 45 Nautical miles Northeast of Da Nang (Vietnam).
