BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 19th April, 2022: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Regions and (Northern and Eastern) Shan States, fairly widespread in  Southern Shan State, scattered in  Upper Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and  Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Mon States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. and Chin State. Degree of certainty is (80%). 

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered to fairly widespread rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region and Shan, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States.
