BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (05:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over the Northwest Bay of Bengal(close to North Odisha Coast, India) has moved Northeast wards and it is centered at about (315) Nautical miles West-Northwest of Sittwe, (285) Nautical miles West of Maungdaw(Myanmar), (60) Nautical miles South-Southwest of Degha, (40)Nautical miles East- Northeast of Paradip and (30) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Chandbali(India).Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and  a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 6th December, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Chin State, scattered in Kachin State, isolated in Lower Sagaing and Mandalay, Magway Regions and Northern Shan, Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Yangon Taninthayi Region and (Southern and Eastern)Shan, Mon States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (7 -9)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of isolated to scattered rain or thundershowers in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Kachin, Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine States.
