BAY INFERENCE: According to the observations at (18:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the West Central Bay and adjoining Northwest Bay of Bengal, North Andhra Pradesh and South Odisha coasts (India) still persists. Monsoon is moderate  over the Andaman Sea and Southeast Bay and moderate  to strong  elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL AFTERNOON OF THE 11th June, 2020: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Naypyitaw,  Lower Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Shan(South and East) and Kayin States, fairly widespread in Northern Shan, Kayah and Mon States and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing Region, Kachin and Rakhine States. Degree of certainty is (80%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with moderate to rough seas are likely at times  Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30 - 35)m.p.h. Sea will be moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (7-10) feet in Deltaic, off and along Rakhine Coasts and about (5-8) feet in Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon- Taninthayi Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Moderate Monsoon.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 12th June, 2020:   Isolated rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (80%).

FORECAST FOR YANGON AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 12th June, 2020:         One or two rain or thundershowers. Degree of certainty is (100%).
