BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and East Central Bay and a few cloudy to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 5^th February, 2020: Weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy in Upper Sagaing and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (4-8) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Decrease of night temperatures in Naypyitaw, Sagaing, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Northern Shan and Chin States.
