SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan (South and East), Chin, Rakhine and Kayah States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (7°C) below December average temperatures in Northern Shan State, (5°C) to (6°C) below December average temperatures in Taninthayi Region, Eastern Shan and Kayah States, (3°C) to (4°C) below December average temperatures in Yangon and Ayeyarwady Regions, Kachin, Kayin and Mon States and (2°C) below December average temperatures in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay and Bago Regions, Southern Shan State and about December average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (0°C) in Namsam, (2°C) each in Heho and Mongyang, (3°C) each in Putao, Lashio and Mogoke, (4°C) each in Thipaw, Kyaukmae and Loilin, (5°C) in Hakha, (6°C) each in Nyaungshwe, Kengtung, Tiddim and Pyinoolwin and (7°C) each in Moemate, Minesat, Mindat, Ramthlo and Loikaw.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the South Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 08th December, 2019: Weather will be partly cloudy in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway and Taninthayi Regions, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Rakhine States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Strong easterly winds with moderate to rough seas are likely at times Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts. Surface wind speed in strong easterly winds may reach (30-35)m.p.h. Sea will be slight to moderate elsewhere in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (7-9) feet in Deltaic, Gulf of Mottama, off and along Mon-Taninthayi Coasts and about (3-5) feet off and along Rakhine Coast.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Decrease of night temperatures in Naypyitaw, Mandalay and Magway Regions, Kachin, Shan and Chin States.
