SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24)hours, weather has been generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, Chin, Kayah and Kayin States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were (2°C) below November average temperature in Taninthayi Region, Chin and Kayin States, (2°C) above November average temperature in Magway Region and about November average temperatures in the remaining Regions and States. The significant night temperatures were (2°C) in Hakha, (8°C) each in Mindat, Tiddim, Ramthlo and Mogoke and (9°C) in Tongzan.

BAY INFERENCE: Weather is generally fair over the North Bay and a few cloud to partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 23^rd November, 2019: Weather will be generally fair in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing and Magway Regions, Chin and Rakhine States and partly cloudy in the remaining Regions and States.  

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (2–4) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Generally Fair in the whole country.
