 BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 20th June, 2019:  Rain or thundershowers will be isolated in Lower Sagaing Region, scattered in Naypyitaw, Mandalay and Magway Regions and Kayah State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with isolated heavyfalls in Ayeyarwady Region, Kachin, Rakhine, Kayin and Mon States. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA:  Squalls with rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (35-40)m.p.h. Wave height will be about (9 -12)feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Upper Sagaing Regionand Kachin State.
