PART ONE          : According to the observations at (12:30) hrs M.S.T today, the well marked low pressure area over Southeast Bay and adjoining Central Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and intensified into a depression over Westcentral Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat(14.5)°N and Long(86.8)°E.

PART TWO         : Weather is a partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
