PART ONE          : According to the observations at (09:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm “MOCHA” over the Eastentral Bay of Bengal has moved North-Northeastwards. It is centered at about within half degree of North latitude (15.7) and degree of East longitude (89.2).

PART TWO         : Weather is partly cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
