PART ONE          : According to the observations at (06:30) hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm “MANDOUS” over North Tamilnadu and adjoining South Andhra Pradesh coasts (India) between Puducherry and Sriharikota, near Mahabalipuram has moved Northwestwards and downgraded as a Deep Depression. It is forecast likely to weaken as a Land Depression during next (6) hrs.
