PART ONE            :  According to the observations at (09:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Well Low Pressure Area over South Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and intensified into a Depression over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining South Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about (515) Nautical miles Southwest of Coco Island, (620) Nautical miles Southwest of Hainggyigyun (Myanmar), (330) Nautical miles East of Jaffna (Sri Lanka), (355) Nautical miles East-Southeast of Chennai (India).

PART TWO            :  Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and Eastcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
