PART ONE          : According to the observations at (10:00)hrs M.S.T today, a low pressure area has formed over the Andaman Sea and adjoining the Southeast Bay of Bengal. It is likely to move West-Northwestwards and intensify into a Depression over the Central Bay of Bengal and adjoining the Southeast Bay of Bengal around (22.10.2022) and into a Cyclonic Storm  over Westcentral Bay of Bengal around (24.10.2022).

PART TWO       : Weather is cloudy over the South Andaman Sea and South Bay and a few cloud over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                                : Scattered rain or thundershowers with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls.
