PART ONE          :  According to the observations at (17:30) hrs M.S.T today, the depression over the Southwest Bay of Bengal adjoining  Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved  Northwestwards and is centered at about within half degree of Latitude (12.9)°N and longitude (81.4)°E. It is forecast to move Northwestwards and cross North Tamilnadu Coast and adjoining South Andhra Pradesh Coast( India) near Puducherry around tonight.
