PART ONE          : According to the observations at (10:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Severe Cyclonic Storm “YAAS” over the Eastcentral Bay of Bengal has moved North-Northwestwards and it is centered at about within ½ degree of Lat (18.0)°N and Long (88.6)°E. It is forecast to move North-Northwestwards and intensify into a Very Severe Cyclonic Storm “YAAS” during next (12)hrs. It is forecast to reach Northwest Bay of Bangal and will cross North Odisha and West Bengal Coasts during next (48)hrs
