COMPOUND:

PART ONE : According to the observations at (09:30)hrs M.S.T today, the depression over South Bay and adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal has moved to Northwards and reached Westcentral Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about within ½ degree Lat (15.5)°N and Long (85.0)°E. It is forecast to move initially Northwards during next (6)hrs and then recurve Northeast direction towards Bangladesh coast during next (48)hrs.

PART TWO : Weather is partly cloudy over the Eastcentral Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER: Scattered rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY : (4) nautical miles but (1) nautical mile in rain.

SEAS : Moderate to rough.
