PART ONE          : According to the observations at (21:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm (AMPHAN) which is crossing between Digha(West Bengal), India and Hatiyi Islands, Bangladesh has moved to North-Northeastwards. It lies at about (10) miles Northeast of Kolkta(India). It is forecast continuously to move North-Northeastwards and weaken into a Severe Cyclonic Storm(AMPHAN) during next (12)hours.
