PART ONE          : According to the observations at (15:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Severe Cyclonic Storm (AMPHAN) over Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved to Northwest wards slowly and reached to South Bay of Bengal. It is centered at about (525)Nautical miles South of Paradadip (Odisha-India), about (605) Nautical miles South-Southwest of Digha(india),  about (665) Nautical miles Southwest of Khepupara (Bangladesh), about (455)Nautical miles West-Southwest of Coco-Island and about (595) Nautical miles Southwest of Pathein (Myanmar).
