PART ONE : According to the observations at (09:30)hrs M.S.T today, the cyclonic storm (AMPHAM) over the Southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal has moved North-Northwest wards and persists. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (11.4)°N and Lon (86.0)°E. It is forecast to re-curve North- Northeast wards.
PART TWO : Weather is cloudy over the South Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

WEATHER : Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers.
