PART ONE         : According to the observations at (10:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Very Severe Cyclonic Storm "BULBUL" over the Westcentral Bay and adjoining Eastcentral Bay moved North-Northwestwards. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (17.2)°N and Lon (87.6)°E. It is forecast to move Northwards.

PART TWO        : Weather is partly cloudy over the Southwest Bay and cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                      : Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                     : (4) nautical miles but (1) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND             : South or Southeast (15 - 20)kts at times (35 - 40)kts.

SEAS                            : Moderate to Rough.

WAVE HEIGHT               : (7 - 19) feet.
