PART ONE         : According to the observations at (11:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Cyclonic Storm "BULBUL" over the Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal moved Northwards and now lies over the Eastcentral Bay. It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (14.2)°N and Lon (89.3)°E. It is likely to intensify into a Severe Cyclonic Storm "BULBUL" during next (18)hrs and it is forecast to move North-Northwestwards.

PART TWO        : Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                      : Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                     : (4) nautical miles but (1) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND             : South or Southeast (10 - 15)kts at times (35)kts.

SEAS                             : Rough.

WAVE HEIGHT               : (8 - 12) feet.
