PART ONE         : According to the observations at (12:30)hrs M.S.T today, the low pressure area over the North Andaman Sea has intensified into a depression over Eastcentral Bay and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal. .It is centered at about within half degree of Lat (13.1)°N and Lon (91.5)°E. It is forecast to move West-Northwest wards and it may further intensify into a Deep Depression during next (12)hours.

PART TWO        : Weather is partly cloudy over the North Bay and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST FOR AREAS BETWEEN LAT. 10.5°N – 16.5°N AND LONG. 92°E

WEATHER                      : Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers.

VISIBILITY                     : (4) nautical miles but (1) nautical mile in rain.

SURFACE WIND             : South or Southeast (10 - 15)kts at times (35)kts.

SEAS                            : Rough.

WAVE HEIGHT               : (8 - 12) feet.

WEATHER                      : Fairly widespread rain or thundershowers.
