PART ONE    : According to the observations at (10:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Severe Cyclonic Storm "FANI"  over Ganetic West Bengal weakened into a cyclonic Storm moved  North-Northeastwards and centered at about within half degree of Lat (23.1)N and Long (88.2)E.  It is forecast to move North-Northeastwards.
PART TWO   : Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere in the Bay of Bengal.
