PART ONE    :According to the observations at (10:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Deep Depression over Southeast Bay and adjoining Central Bay of Bengal has moved West-Northwestwards and now lies over the East Central  Bay and adjoining West Central and South East Bay of Bengal and intensified into a Cyclonic Storm(Gaja). It is centered at about within half degree of latitude (13.4)N and longitude (89.3)E.
