BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal. 

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 29^th October 2026: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region, fairly widespread in Mandalay Region and (Northern and Southern)Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago, Lower Sagaing, Ayeyarwady Regions and Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, Eastern Shan States and isolated in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is 100%.           

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Mandalay, Bago, Sagaing, Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Chin, Rakhine States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena. 

STATE OF THE SEA: Squalls with rough seas are likely at times off and along Myanmar Coasts. Surface wind speed in squalls may reach 30 m.p.h. Wave height will be about 8-10 feet in off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of scattered rain or thundershowers in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Chin, Mon States.
