BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak over the Andaman Sea, South Bay, Westcentral Bay and Northwest Bay of Bengal.  Weather is partly cloudy  over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and a few cloud over the elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL EVENING OF THE 4th October 2026: Rain or thundershowers will be scattered in Taninthayi Region and (Southern and Eastern) Shan States, isolated in Mandalay, Sagaing Regions and Kachin, Kayah, Kayin,Mon, Northern Shan States and partly cloudly in the remaining Regions and States. Degree of certainty is 80%.

THE CONDITION OF CUMULONIMBUS CLOUD: The Cumulonimbus clouds are developing in Lower Sagaing, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Mon, Shan States. The area along the Cumulonimbus clouds movement, the weather phenomena such as strong winds accompanied with rain, thunder, lightning and hail may occur and therefore it is recommended to be aware in advance these phenomena. 

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about 5-7 feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of increase of rain in Taninthayi Region and Kayin, Mon States.
