PART TWO : Monsoon is strong over the Andaman Sea and South Bay of Bengal and weak elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal. Weather is a few cloud over the North Bay and Westcentral Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

Special Features : According to the observations at 12:30 hrs MST today, a low pressure cell has formed over the Central Thailand near Bangkok. It is likely to move Northwestwards and may cross Southern Myanmar Area during next 24 hrs. People should be awared the Natural Disaster such as the heavy rainfall with strong wind, flash flood and landslide due to the impacts of low pressure cell.
